When will my order be processed ?

I your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of the payment

Can I exchange an order ?

Yes, exchanges are subject to availability of items in stock. Where a product is out of stock , you will be issued store credit. Customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.  For an item to qualify for return, it must be in original, unused condition. Please include order number and details regarding return with shipment. Please save your receipt for tracking purposes, as we will not be liable for return packages that are lost in the mail.

How long will it take to receive my order ?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days to deliver for domestic orders, and 7-14 business days for international orders. There will be no shipping on weekends and holidays.

Can I return an Order ?

Absolutely! We want everything to fit just right and also to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. You may return a purchased item with 30days of delivery for store credit only. Customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.  For an item to qualify for return, it must be in original, unused condition. Please include order number and details regarding return with shipment. Please save your receipt for tracking purposes, as we will not be liable for return packages that are lost in the mail.

How long before I receive my store credit ?

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return, once it is received by our distribution team.
